Powerpoint Workshop

On Thursday November 19, 2009 I went to the PowerPoint Workshop in the library. I was actually surprised with all the stuff I already knew. In the past I have never taken any classes on how to use PowerPoint but, throughout high school I was able to use and learn this program. Since I had used this program before it was easy for me to understand what was being taught. I did not really learn much because of this but it was interesting seeing the older generation get excited over this program. Being in that class and observing everyone made me realize that the older generation is not as familiar with this program as much as the younger generation is. The instructor said that there was going to be an advanced class so I most likely will go to that one so I am able learn more about this program. I had fun creating my own slides though. I don't think there was enough time given in order for this program to be taught.
